Born in Detroit, Michigan in the 80’s. I have always had a love for art. With over 19 years of professional photography experience, I fell in love with love and photographing weddings.
I enlisted in the United States Army as an infantryman in February 2012. My initial position was serving as an automatic rifleman before eventually being selected to fill numerous leadership roles during deployments to Afghanistan in 2013 and to Korea in 2015. I kept a camera attached on me somewhere no matter where we were and in January 2017, with the support of several leaders, I moved from Infantry to Public Affairs.
I served as a Mass Communications Team Lead with the 14th Public Affairs Detachment. In 2019, I was recognized as the FORSCOM Military Photographer of the Year. During Operation Allies Welcome, I served as lead visual producer for Multimedia section of the 24th Theater Public Affairs Support Element. During 2022 and 2023, I augmented Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve as the Digital Media Noncommissioned Officer and senior enlisted representative of the Directorate of Strategic Communications.
